Gilad Yavetz, CEO, Director

One of Enlight's entrepreneurs and founders, Gilad leads the company's activity and manages all the processes involving entrepreneurship, management, financing and setting up of projects executed by the company.

Gilad has a strong background in managing and leading high-profile international organizations and projects, marketing, sales and business development, both in the Israeli market and in foreign markets. Prior tp founding Enlight, Gilad served as VP Marketing and Sales of BVR, a hi-tech company dealing with the development and sale of simulations, particularly to the defense industry. Under his role, Gilad managed dozens of employees, led the company to considerable perennial growth and contributed towards the company's transition to profitability.

Gilad holds an LLB from the Hebrew University in Jerusalemand MBA from the Executive Program at the Tel Aviv University.

Zafrir Yoeli – VP Marketing, Sales and Business Development, Director

One of Enlight's entrepreneurs and founders, Zafrir is responsible to the marketing and sales activity in the domestic and international markets while developing sales and cooperation channels. In addition, Zafrir has built a commercial relationship network with strategic equipment suppliers in the world providing Enlight a considerable advantage in the market.

Zafrir has proven experience leading technological and operational operations that reflect profitability and growth, extensive business development background, and experience working with partners and strategic suppliers. Before he founded Enlight he had served as CEO of Vectronics, a company in the semi conductors industry. As part of his role he has gained vast experience in the management of global import activity, integration and customer support.

Zafrir has a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. 

Amit Paz – VP Operations and Engineering

One of Enlight's entrepreneurs and founders, Amit leads the planning, execution and management aspects of all the company's installation, operation and maintenance projects. As part of his position, he has established, within a short timeframe, a national, quality installation and service system and set Enlight's engineering planning and execution standards which are among the highest standards in the photovoltaic market in Israel.

Amit has proven experience in managing projects and value chains, including vertical integration of sub-contractors, suppliers and procurement. Prior to Enlight, Amit served as VP Strategic Alliances for Baran Group, one of the largest engineering companies in Israel. In this role, he has gained considerable experience in managing massive-scale engineering projects both in Israel and globally, including Intel plant in Kiryat Gat, satellite infrastructure and  3rd generation cellular infrastructures in Israel, Germany and Africa.

Amit has a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the Technion and MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
